The conference is hybrid with on-site or online participation. We encourage participants to consider in-person participation to allow for greater interaction among participants.

*3 days registration includes all coffee breaks, light lunches and social dinner

** Single day registration does not include social dinner. Separate fee applies for social dinner

UD 2022 Registration and Fees

  • Please note that the payment deadline for paper publication is June 30th

  • Single day participants must specify the day they wish to attend. They can attend the social dinner on September 8th upon payment

  • Your registration will not be valid until you have paid your registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be communicated by email to For cancellations made before July 31, 100 % of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made between August 1 and August 15, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after August 15.

A processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events, or early departure from the conference. The registered participant can be replaced by another person on or before September 1 for an extra charge of 50 €.
